This plan adopts four six-degree-of-freedom industrial robots, three simple manipulators, five conveying lines, and five multi-station special machines, marking machines, and stator mounting surface polishing machines to complete the automated processing of the crankcase.
The assembly line is equipped with automatic detection and automatic positioning modules.
There is a special positioning module at the end of each assembly line, and the jaw belt at the end of the manipulator is automatically corrected to ensure that each workpiece is clamped in place, with less manual participation and good product consistency.
The original production line required 16 workers in two shifts, which was reduced to 4 after automation.
